1. Put a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) Page On Your Website, and post product support links or information on your website or blogs. You may very well be losing sales by not doing so. Its just plain old great customer service.
2. Provide A Support Email Link On Your Website Or Blog For Problems That Cant Be Resolved By Web Support. Did you know some online businesses now offer a chat service on their websites or blogs. I have even use this area of communication.
3. Place A Message Board Or Forum On Your Website Or Blog.
Customers and prospects actually like to interact with one another in these forums and message boards. Think of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn,etc It can build relationships with your prospects. I just received a comment on my health
4. Follow Up With Your Customers With A Personal Email.
